Sounds of Blackness
Sounds of Blackness is a dynamic event that celebrates Black history and culture through dance, music, spoken word, and theater. This annual showcase allows students to connect with their heritage and share powerful stories with the community.
School-Based Programming
Out Tha Box also partners with local schools to offer performing arts programming during the school year. These programs bring dance, theater, and music into classrooms, providing students with creative outlets and expanding access to arts education.
FLAVA Performance and Competition Company
This advanced program gives students the chance to participate in competitive dance and showcase performances. FLAVA students build technique, teamwork, and performance skills that prepare them for various artistic paths.
